The fourth annual American Birding Expo will be September 21–23, 2018, at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center (again!) in Oaks, Pennsylvania, and we hope you will be a part of it!
Marketed to bird watchers, eco-tourists, and nature enthusiasts, the Expo showcases “The World of Birding in One Place.” If you want to reach the North American birding market, the Expo is the place to be: It is the largest and most diverse shopping opportunity for North American bird watchers.
The 2017 Expo attracted more than 2,000 attendees and 105 exhibitors representing 35 countries. We believe your company would complement the vast and growing array of Expo exhibitors. Please consider this as your special invitation to join us!
This year, we will be taking over Hall A, the biggest hall at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center. Because of higher costs associated with the larger space, the price of a single 10 x 10 ft. indoor booth is $600.
Each booth space will include the following:
- 8 ft. table & white tablecloth
- Two chairs
- Mini trashcan & trash pick-up
- 8 ft. tall by 10 ft. wide blue pipe and drape behind
- 3 ft. tall by 10 ft. deep red pipe and drape on each side
- On-site emergency medical technician
- Overnight security

Double booth spaces (10 x 20 ft.) are available for $1,200.
Triple booth spaces (10 x 30 ft.) are available for $1,800.
Booth space pricing discounts for Expo sponsors begin at the $2,500 (American Robin) level.
Expansion is key to the success of the Expo, so we are putting lots of money into marketing and advertising the event to consumers within 500 miles of Philadelphia.
Want to make your company/organization stand out? Become a 2018 Expo sponsor! Expo sponsors get massive exposure to attendees and to the worldwide birding marketplace. We promote our Expo partners at every opportunity through a wide array of marketing channels.
